Each Colombian coffee harvest produces a small number of "Caracolito" beans. These beans are recognized for their small size and round shape, which result from the formation of a single seed inside the coffee cherry. From this exotic bean, Juan Valdez Cafe has developed "Colina": a mild texture coffee with medium acidity and medium body.
